  • At this time, we are not offering MAT’s, but we will glad work with your existing provider.

Logistics & Getting Started
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
  • Yes, all of our therapists offer online appointments. Most of our therapists offer in-person sessions as well.
How do I make my first appointment?
  • First step is to fill out our Appointment Request Form to request an appointment
  • Second step, our admin team will verify your insurance coverage and benefits and any applicable co-payments.
  • Third step, a scheduler will match you with one of our therapist, that best fits your needs and reach out to place you with that therapist.
Are your services strictly confidential?
  • Yes, your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to us. As a licensed behavioral health provider, The Evolution Group strictly adheres to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as well as all state and federal privacy laws.
