Allie Jones grew up in Virginia and completed a double major in English and Philosophy from the University of Lynchburg. After graduating, I moved to Albuquerque and have called it home ever since. In my previous advocacy work, I was fascinated by the resilience people possess through life’s challenges, leading me to pursue becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

I am currently enrolled in New Mexico Highlands University to complete my master’s in social work degree. My work with a variety of people helped me understand that everyone is on their own path. Your individual journey through life is unique, and working with that journey can lead to discovering parts of yourself you did not know you had. Through my previous internships and coursework, I have developed a client-centered approach.

I strive to create a safe environment through positive regard, empathy, and genuineness to facilitate my clients’ self-discovery and personal growth. In my free time, you can find me gardening, crafting, or cooking. I enjoy going to movies, concerts, or spending quality time with the people I love.
