• Trauma Informed Therapy: Healing from the past or ongoing trauma – including religious trauma, family rejection or discrimination is central to what we do here. We specialize in highly effective neurological interventions, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories).
• Anxiety, Depression & Mindfulness: We utilize Mindfulness-Based Somatic Emotional Processing (MBSEP) to help you manage anxiety, depression and build emotional regulation to reconnect with your inner wisdom.
