I am an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience at The Evolution Group, where I currently serve as an approved supervisor through both the Social Work and Counseling Boards, as well as the Internship Coordinator. I am passionate about helping individuals and families move toward healing, growth, and wholeness.

I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children, providing a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can safely explore challenges and build meaningful change. My areas of specialization include trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors.

I am trained in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), an evidence-based approach to trauma treatment, and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. My clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Gottman Theory, as well as play, music, and art therapy interventions.

I truly love the work I do and consider it a privilege to walk alongside people in their healing journey. My goal is to help clients discover hope, resilience, connection, and lasting transformation
