Manny is a New Mexican Native. He went to the University of New Mexico to earn his Bachelors’ in psychology. He then proceeded to earn his Masters’ in Marriage and Family Therapy at New Mexico State University. Manny’s approach to therapy is holistic and systemic. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, he is trained to address both individuals and family systems, big or small.

He believes that each client has their own unique set of strengths that can be honed to help them solve their problems and overcome obstacles. He has a great sense of humor and likes to use creativity in the therapy room to help clients grow.

Manny is a fan of superheroes, villains, and storytelling. He believes that there is power in a person’s story, and how we tell it can have a powerful impact on self-perception. He believes we are the protagonists of our own story, the superheroes of our own lives. But even the best heroes need help from others, and no one is born to fight their battles alone.
