At my core, I truly enjoy people and desire to listen to their stories. I understand that, as humans, we are complex creatures who may find ourselves feeling trapped by our minds and thus need help finding peace and freedom. Therefore, as a counselor, I not only strive to be an active listener but also to help people achieve their goals and ultimately, find their version of freedom. I approach therapy treatment with optimism, empathy, authenticity, and without judgment.
Additionally, I am a New Mexico native who has fallen in love with the desert. In my spare time, I may be found playing board games or video games and painting. Thankfully, most of my free time is spent with my family and our silly dog.
