My upbringing is rooted in the Northeast and Midwest, with most of my adult life spent in the mountainous West, including over a decade in New Mexico. I received my undergraduate degree in Economics and Computer Science from Middlebury College and have focused my time since on various forms of deep exploration and growth.

The natural world full of rocks, creeks, wildlife, and trees is where I feel most at peace. Ideally, I try to spend my free time out there hiking, climbing, biking, and relaxing, but often a walk around the neighborhood will suffice. I’m currently completing my Masters in Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University.

Life can be very challenging sometimes, and everyone’s situation is unique. My job as a counselor is to deeply listen to and observe the interplay of one’s inner and outer worlds. Sometimes healing may come quickly with a little encouragement and helpful reflection.

Other times the remedy is found only after journeying through the uncharted territory one most fears to cross. In either case, my bag is packed with snacks, maps, and helpful tools for the road ahead. I look forward to hearing your story and helping you arrive at your chosen destination.
