I was born in a small town in Mexico and migrated to the United States with my family in pursuit of a better life. Albuquerque, NM, has been my home since a young age. Despite facing various challenges while growing up, I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve encountered. I attended the University of New Mexico, earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and later pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at New Mexico Highlands University. As a committed bilingual therapist, my mission is to provide comprehensive counseling services focused on holistic well­being and personal growth. I approach counseling with a profound appreciation for life’s diverse experiences, honoring the unique backgrounds of each individual I work with. My objective is to assist clients in making decisions that enhance their overall well­being, cultivating resilience and personal empowerment.

I prioritize creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I firmly believe that therapy is a transformative journey of self-discovery that positively impacts relationships. By integrating evidence­-based practices with empathy and cultural sensitivity, I aim to empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
