Throughout my mental health<\/a> journey, I discovered that I value helping other people find the strength to love and appreciate themselves, despite their internal struggles. I approach counseling through an integrated lens of humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapy.<\/p>\n

I place a high emphasis on finding hope and resiliency within oneself, as I believe those two things can make the biggest difference. By allowing my clients to take the lead on their treatment journey, I can fill the role of assistant and confidant.<\/p>\n

Depending on the person, I like to sometimes incorporate art, games, and other non-structured activities to meet the needs of all kinds of people. While children generally require this playapproach, individuals of all ages (even adults!) can benefit from this method of counseling.<\/p>\n

No matter the case, I meet my clients where they need me, and I build my practice around them. I am dedicated to providing an empathetic space of support and comfort as you proceed in your path to mental wellness.<\/p>\n
