Mallory works with adults who want to better their lives by addressing limiting patterns, cycles, and behaviors. She enjoys guiding clients through somatic exercises and mindfulness while they shift their inner worlds and build resources that support regulation through feelings like anxiety, shame, and sadness. Ultimately, Mallory seeks to accompany clients on their journey to becoming familiar with their own innate strength. Healing does not occur in a vacuum, and Mallory\u2019s approach acknowledges the interconnection of people with systems and the importance of relationships.<\/p>\n

When she is not at work, Mallory enjoys creating fun art projects to share with close friends and spending time outside.<\/p>\n
