I am an independently licensed Clinical Social Worker with 9 years of experience at The Evolution Group<\/a>, where I currently serve as an approved supervisor through both the Social Work<\/a> and Counseling Boards<\/a>, as well as the Internship Coordinator. I am passionate about helping individuals and families move toward healing, growth, and wholeness.<\/p>\n

I work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children, providing a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can safely explore challenges and build meaningful change. My areas of specialization include trauma<\/a>, anxiety<\/a>, depression<\/a>, and addictive behaviors<\/a>.<\/div>\n

I am trained in Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM)<\/a>, an evidence-based approach to trauma treatment, and integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client\u2019s unique needs. My clinical approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)<\/a>, Motivational Interviewing (MI)<\/a>, Narrative Therapy<\/a>, Existential Therapy<\/a>, Gottman Theory<\/a>, as well as play, music, and art therapy interventions.<\/div>\n
