American Psychological Association defines Anxiety as an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes like increased blood pressure. Anxiety is a very common emotion to experience, however, when a person regularly feels many of the following in heightened degrees they may be suffering with generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
